Hi guys, First of all I would like to say from the bottom of my heart a massive thank you so, so much for your kind massages of support, and all your concerns over my health and well being it really means a lot ❤ I'm sorry if I didn't reply to everyone personally but there are honestly to many. I'm totally overwhelmed with the support. Two hours ago I decided to put my hunger strike on hold as circumstances seemed to have changed here and the deportation of refugees have stopped (for now) It's not totally clear why but we are hearing many reasons. One which I hope is true, is that the refugees are now given the right to apply for asylum here. Whether it will be granted once they apply or not, only time will tell. As I have stated above this is not confirmed true but something has changed here and as always I'm living in hope that it has changed for the better. As I always say, think positive and positive things will happen. 36 hours of hunger strike, staying out in the cold on mytilini harbour, sleep deprived trying to cope with the heat today and a feeling of anxiety, despair and loneliness are some of the feelings and emotions I have dealt with these past few hours but still I am fortunate enough to be able to make the decision today to end it and come home get some food, have a shower and sleep in my bed. These basic privileges we take for granted are privileges that so many men, woman and children fleeing war are deprived of. These past few months have made me appreciate the little things in life that we so often take for granted. I am so grateful each day to be able to live in peace and I will continue to believe that one day we will ALL live as one ❤❤❤ She has requested that I think down this petition and therfor I must respect her wishes. Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart xxx
