Most women in prison do not receive enough sanitary towels or tampons for when they are on their monthly cycle. This is a basic human right regardless of what crimes they did. Women can not control what is natural to there body. They get free products from the prison, but its never enough, they are having to borrow from other prisoners or even having to make their own!! 

When Women are around Women their cycles can sync and then they will be on at the same time, no imagine this with a women's prison, how many on a cycle at once!! And that means not many Women can ask to borrow any products.

Did you know that if you don't change your pad or tampon regularly through out the day, you are putting yourself at risk of infections etc, because of not changing it? Our governments in this world are doing this to these women and they don't seem to care. 

This really needs to stop, imagine as a women you have to make very few tampons or pads last you through your monthly duration. Now you'll know how these women in prison feel. 

In schools girls are given tampons and pads if they start their periods at school or they ran out of there supply. Why can this not happen in womens prisons?

Every women has a right to enough tampons and pads for their monthly cycle. It should never be classed as a luxury to have pads and tampons, they are a basic women's right to have for whats natural to her body. 

Please help me get this through to the right people, to get these women their rights to what they are entitled to, even though they did wrong, doesn't mean they deserve to suffer during that time of the month which can be hell.
