The government has announced they plan to re-open certain sectors of the economy to include hotels, pubs, cinemas and restaurants on 4th July. Leisure centres and ice rinks will not be allowed to open on that date. 

The consequences of this action affects many self employed workers and the participants that use these facilities. Many athletes are unable to train and this will have a devastating impact on their up and coming season.
