Schools reopening on March 8th will only end in another lockdown and greater spread of COVID-19. It should come later, and by now we've surely learnt that being safe is far better than being sorry, especially in this case.

Schools are pools for disease, and any efforts made to keep people in 'bubbles' or isolate school children hasn't been as effective as the government has hoped. It's much better for the children, the teachers, and the entire country to simply keep them closed until we can be absolutely sure that reopening them will not result in a single additional case of COVID-19.

Additionally the way that schools are being reopened have an effect on the mental health of the students, who are being constantly taken in and out, getting exams cancelled and then hearing of different alternatives, etc. Even once schools reopen, being put in a classroom alone at a table wearing a mask all day isn't ideal, and certainly isn't helping the mental or educational state of children very much.
