City of Bosanka Krupa, Bosnia and Herzegovina, committed a horrible massacre against dogs on 24 Nov.2015. They killed more than 30 dogs and left many dogs injured to die at the streets for hours ... Although local Law forbids killing of dogs, local authorities, which are paid by citizens to resolve the problem on a legal and human way, broke the Law. They killed and injured dogs illegally, even in front of eyes of citizens and children who stayed shocked.
