Dear Friends and Supporters
Yesterday, Thursday 8th July 2021, our friend and former BA Cabin Crew colleague Carol Ng, returned to court along with 46 other Activists detained at Lo Wu Correctional Institution in Hong Kong, charged with demonstrating for workers rights and subverting the power of the state.
We had hoped for better news but sadly Carol's case was further adjourned until 23rd September 2021. This is of course extremely disappointing but we continue to fight for her release.
Including up to 23rd September 2021, Carol will have been detained in total for 208 days! We have had the most amazing support worldwide from friends, work colleagues, MPs and the world of entertainment which has made a huge difference in raising awareness of Carol's case.
We can't even begin to imagine the mental torture they are all going through and would ask you please to continue writing to Carol at the address below and also to sign and share this petition to ensure Carol's case and those of the other Activists remains high profile.
You can write to Carol at: HKCTU 19/F Wing Wong Building, 557 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong - Please state on the envelope Letter To Carol Ng or via Google using this link:
