Current Chairman of State life Insurance of Pakistan made a decision to finish SO (Sales officer) designation from the organization structure. From this decision we have like more 25000 people getting unemployed. And over all a disastrous situation will be created. Just to give a brief over view Sales officer is key role of bringing team member who generate revenue for this organization.

This is unlawful action did by chairman of SLICP.

Moreover a Chairman has not right to take this decision without consulting the Marketing team, and who is getting retired in 30 days.
