Ontario's population has been bilked for billions of dollars ( AG report) in unfair electricity rates since the smartmeter program was forced upon us. The science behind the smartmeter is flawed. It was never a fully researched project. Its inception was nothing short of a way for the Liberal Government to sneak another "revenue tool" into their bag of tricks. It must end now.
