The situation that produces difficulties to thousands of Nepalis daily is still on going, it’s been a year since we began our campaign and sincerely nothings really changed. They turn it on when they feel like it they leave it off when they feel like it. Our government has made the law that cannot be implemented even by the people ( we ) because well no system has really asked them to follow these rules that are necessary for the betterment of our daily lives and frankly at times we get a feeling no one cares.
