Greetings,

We the students, urge the Government and UGC to cancle the upcoming exams and promote all the students for the academic year 2020-21.

As we all are aware about the pandemic of Covid 19, it is our moral duty to stay at home and contribute to the betterment of our society. 

The students are not in the right mindset of appearing for the upcoming examinations. Also many of the students do not have proper study material to prepare for the examination. Although the schools and colleges are conducting online classes and providing e-study material but there are many students in our society who are deprived from electronic devices(mobile,laptop,desktop), internet connection etc. Since there is lockdown, students cannot go to the internet cafe's. Till the situation comes under control,  it is not possible to conduct the examination physically. Also now we should be focusing on conducting the entrance exams like  CET and JEE and focus on the admissions of the students. It should be the primary aim of the government as the students have taken many hardships and prepared for the exams, if the admission process or the exams are delayed then it might affect on moral of many students.

So it is better that the UGC and the Government cancle the upcoming examinations and promote all the students for the academic year 2020-21.

It is humble request to the Government & UGC to take an unanimous decision regarding this issue.
