Another example of how gender-biased laws is being misused. Finally the guy has been acquitted!

Falsely accused of harassment and molestation by AAP member Jasleen Kaur, Sarvjeet Singh finally acquitted by court.

Of course, this doesn't mean that his life isn't ruined. Many years of his life has been wasted and it's certain that he will never be able to lead a normal life again--this had been the same with the previous false accusation case i.e. the so-called "Rohtak Bravehearts" and the falsely accused have never been able to live normally again.
