The Government of India had originally issued visa to the exiled  leader from Chinese occupied East Turkistan and a leader of the World Uyghur Congress,  Shri Dolkun Isa who now resides in exile in Germany. In 2003, when China issued the terrorist list, there was a lot of pressure on the German government to deport Dolkun Isa to China. Dolkun Isa was not a German citizen at that time. The German government asked China to share evidence. Then, at the beginning of 2004, the German criminal police sent one delegation to China. The Chinese allegation that Dolkun Isa was a terrorist was nonsense. After that Dolkun Isa applied for citizenship, and the Chinese government put pressure on the Germans, (saying) you should not give it to a terrorist. In 2006, however quite rightly, Dolkun Isa got it (citizenship), and it made China very angry. Shri Dolkun Isa was purportedly  due to attend the so-called  Inter -Ethnic Inter-Faith Leadership Conference in India on April 28, 2016 . But subsequently due to  pressure from China, The Government of India has subserviently withdrawn the visa issued to the aforesaid East Turkistani leader as well as  Shri Omar Kanat and even Chinese activists hailing from China itself! Dolkun Isa has been flooded with emails from India. Through the week he has expressed his disappointment over the incident, which he reiterates now. But the unexpected result of the diplomatic debacle has been the Uyghur cause being introduced to a whole new audience in India. “I’m very happy with the people of India. I got a lot of support from them, a lot of media attention. I got a couple of hundred emails, from students and teenagers. ‘We support your cause, some say you are a hero.’ Some of the students unions invited me to give a speech if I ever visit India,” he said.The World Uyghur Congress's main objective is to promote the rights of the ethnic group and use peaceful, nonviolent, and democratic means to determine the political future of East Turkestan. The Congress operates out of Washington. Ms. Rebiya Kadeer heads the organisation. The Government of  India had denied a visit by Uyghur activist Rebiya Kadeer in 2009. It is high time that India goes back to the basic issue rather than beat around the bush and try to redress the anti- Indian policies of one  Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru who in collusion with inter alia  the Chinese and Government of the United Kingdom to the detriment of India  has inflicted the greatest damage to India and India will continue to bleed for a prolonged and indefinite period of time, and tell the Chinese in no uncertain terms that China is a distant country in East Asia and China neither has a common border with India nor the Sub-continent of India and India has nothing whatsoever to talk to the Chinese pertaining to India's international border with Tibet and East Turkistan and any outcome of the illegal border talks with the Chinese which is on the basis of subservience. coercion and duress is ab initio illegal and null and void  and will be denounced and repudiated by the people of India. The true international border of Kashmir is on the Kukalang, Yangi, KIlian, Sanju -la and the Hindutash passes in Kashmir in the Kuen lun range in northern Kashmir. The Kashmiri border out post was at Shahidullah where the government of Kashmir maintained a fort to control the Kuen lun border area in northern Kashmir. The Chinese equivalent was the out post of Bringja from where the Chinese controlled the northern foothills of the Kuen lun range.  In 1954, a most despicable criminal act against India was perpetrated by Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru. He overnight illegally caused the Survey of India to  redraw the maps of Kashmir by publishing out of the blue an illegal bogus and spurious map for the first time published by the Survey of India  which illegally  depicted the border at the Karakoram pass  in central Kashmir thereby depicting vast areas of Kashmir in particular Shahidullah in northern Kashmir  which had hitherto been depicted in colour as integral part of Kashmir including inter alia the official maps attached to the White Papers published in July 1948 and February 1950 by the Government of India's Ministry of States, headed , incidentally, by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, under the authority of India's Surveyor General G.F.Heaney which give them the legal status to determine the extent of the State of Kashmir as stipulated in Entry 15 in the First Schedule of the Constitution on India, as not part of Kashmir. He also ordered for the destruction of all the pre-1954 maps published by the Survey of India which depicted the border on the Kuen lun and was thus in variance with the bogus and spurious new map published illegally  by him  in 1954 in order to wipe out evidence of his crime. The new map published by Mr. Nehru is ab initio illegal and null and void and ultra vires the Constitution of India which is sacrosanct and supreme and the only thing that the Government of India as well as the Survey of India can now do is to apologise to the proud people of India for colluding with the Chinese and wrongly depicting inter alia the northern border of Kashmir and start correctly depicting the northern border of Kashmir on the Kuen lun range to the north of Dafdar in the Taghdumbash Pamir in Kanjut (capital of Kanjut is Baltit in the Hunza valley) and on the Kukalang pass north of Bazar Dara in Kanjut, Yangi pass to the north of Kulanaldi, and the Sanju and Hindutash passes in the Aksai Chin area in north eastern Ladakh in Kashmir. The mischief of the colonial English is also responsible for the current fiasco! The Chinese have tried to consolidate their illegal military  occupation of Tibet and East Turkistan by settling and colonising Chinese in these occupied countries and reducing the national population of these countries. For example in 1949 the Turkic population in East Turkistan was overwhelming and predominant and the Chinese population in the country was only 6 % but now after blatant  colonization the Chinese population in East Turkistan is around 48%. The occupation of East Turkistan or Tibet cannot be compared to Panjab or Kashmir which have been part of India since time immemorial and Panjab, Baluchistan  and Kashmir are inherently and intrinsically a part of India unlike inter alia Tibet or East Turkistan and the sly Chinese government is  now trying to take advantage of the prevalence of the  Tahliban in Afghanistan, or the alleged war against the so -called  ISIL or ISIS and Islamic terrorism in West Asia  in order to portray the independence movement in East Turkistan as a terrorist movement and have sought to summarily crush the movement using the pretext of fighting a war against terrorism, where as   the independence movement in East Turkistan has nothing whatsoever to do with Islamic terrorism and Shri Dolkun Isa is a peaceful activist endeavouring to free his country from Chinese occupation. It is China which has to be brought to justice for genocide and crimes against humanity committed in occupied East Turkistan and Tibet.  

The Government of India should immediately restore the visa to inter alia Shri Dolkun Isa,  Shri Omar Kanat and Ms. Rebiya Kadeer and permit them to visit India when ever they want as leaders from a friendly neighbouring country.
