Declare Cyclone Fani a national disaster
The Issue
People of Odisha, WB and Andhra Pradesh are reeling under destruction left by cyclone Fani. There is not enough help so far to the people affected from Federal Government. Govt of India should declare this as a national disaster and allocate emergency funds to help people rebuild. Also allow international disaster relief agencies to help.
