We've gotten halfway through this petition, which was unexpected. It feels great to have garnered so much support for the cause but it isn't enough to make every notable person's head turn this way. With increasing misuse of the SC/ST act by the respective strata and wanting to be invincible, it's high time reservation needed to be removed. As a law student, I regularly notice disapproval over the EWS quota from said strata, just because they think we shouldn't need to be economically respected. Afterall, how are they going to get benefited in jobs and education, on top of being well to do than most GEN category people? Time to think and act.
