Please share and sign.Let's be pro-active with constructive solutions early on. The Phoenix pay system disaster is still ongoing 4 years after being introduced! Let's ensure unacceptable delays don't push people into financial ruin.

Already, plenty of people are falling through the cracks and we're only on Day 2. There needs to be a plan in place for next week if call and online demand persists.

More importantly, there still needs to be clear and transparent process to track issues and resolve them quickly.
