All the 14 dogs were rescued three weeks after Greg Glass first posted about them. Many hundreds of people have emailed and called which forced the Ford Government to finally act. Tom Young, his team and the NDP party have played a key role in this. Thank you.

BUT IT IS NOT OVER YET

The people responsible have yet to be charged, which is part of the PAWS law and Mr. Ford's Promise to have the toughest laws in Canada against Animal Abuse.

WE NEED TO KEEP THE PRESSURE ON.

More then enough time has passed for the animal abuser to be charged. This must be done NOW, to send a clear message to this and other (potential) animal abusers that they can’t get away with it. We need to keep the pressure on!

Our petition  is one piece of that pressure; we aim to ban tethering in Ontario as well as to get Police and AWS Inspectors to use the CVMA code when investigating calls for Animal Cruelty. http://chng.it/F7PnTZT8Xy
