We have no choice but to sign Discretionary which means we are signing our wishes over to the company I believe we should have the choice the form should have a tick box to give us that option whether we want Discretionary or not
These forms are not legally binding but should be treated like a will because they are your wishes trustees do not know anything about your family history or personal why should they be able to vote against your wishes and pay funds to who they wish Discretionary allows them to do this
