expression of wishes forms on how they are worded they are all Discretionary to the trustees your wishes belong to the trustees not to  you they have the final say on what happens to your finances please support our petition
Some examples on how your expression of wishes forms maybe worded this is what you are signing you are signing your wishes over to the trustees

1/ i understand this nomination is not legally binding, but will be carefully considered by the Trustees

2/ you would like the trustees to consider one or more persons of potential beneficiaries in the Discretionary trust

3// I understand that In excising any Discretion you will not be bound in anyway by my wishes but

4 / on my death I request that trustees consider allocating my fund shared as shown

They are all Discretionary by the companies which means they own your expression of wishes regardless of who you name on the forms and they can do as they wish with your money please don’t be fooled you are signing Discretionary please help us remove this word so your wishes can be carried out thank you xxx

please Write to your company you are with for a hand book to explain Discretionary
