please help remove the Discretionary word please stop trustees making decisions in the event of your death and changing your wishes your expression of wishes is not legally binding the companies do not have to pay out to the loved ones you have named the Discretionary word gives the trustees full power over your wishes you have no choice but to sign Discretionary
