we appreciate your support I wrote a letter to the prime minister to explain my concerns regarding the Discretionary word and said the expression of wishes form should be legally binding and love ones who are named on the paperwork should be contacted and involve with meetings with the trustees loved ones who are named as your beneficiary your loved ones should be in titled to see all documentation you have no option but to sign Discretionary people should be given the option wether they wish there form to be Discretionary or not even if this doesn’t affect you please sign to support those that it does you will be supporting thousands of people in the future your expression of wishes are not legally binding.
