This petition is to stop animal kill shelters (shelters that kill have a few weeks)  and make no-kill shelters only. Imagine if you went to a cold small place because you were lost and if your parents (or whoever takes care of you) couldn't find you after 30 days, you were to be killed. Thats how its like for dogs and cats in shelters who can't find a home or doesn't have someone to love them. Animals deserve rights as we do.  2.7 million animals are killed a year.
