Secretary of the State Merrill calls for vote-by-mail for Nov general election

We applaud Secretary of the State Denise Merrill's forceful call to Gov. Lamont and the legislature to allow no-excuse absentee ballots for both the June 2 presidential primary and the November 3 general election.
