City Agencies Refuse to Enforce Parking Regulations at Goop Kitchen & Beverly Bites

City Officials have advised residents to call Parking Enforcement to report parking and standing violations associated with Goop Kitchen and Beverly Bites at 8600 Pico Blvd on the corner of Pico and Holt Ave. 
All day, every day residents call.
Parking Enforcement Officers  sometimes arrive but refuse to issue citations. Instead delivery drivers are are asked to drive around the block and retune when Parking Officer is gone. 
Our Councilperson in District 5, Katy Yaroslavsky's office, refuses to respond to residents' request for a Preferred Parking district completed 8 months ago.  
A Field Officer in Yaroslavsky's office recently told a resident the Councilperson is focusing on creating more housing density in our neighborhood  and not currently dealing with "livability" issues.
