Women accused of killing a cyclist due to texting while driving

My plea to Google & Apple is, “how many more deaths are needed before you act?” You have the tools in place and a simple change to your tech would fix this! This petition outlines for you what is needed. 

Distracted driving due to illegal mobile phone use is due to an addiction. Addictions can’t easily be fixed. Fines won’t work. They haven’t elsewhere to fix addictions.  This one can be fixed.
