As many are aware, Golf Carts/Low Speed Vehicles are an economical and efficient method of travel within communities. Currently, Brevard County allows for the use of these vehicle by County Ordinance for specific areas of the county such as Viera. I am proposing an addition to the County Ordinance to include Merritt Island and to change verbage for a sidewalks to identify as multi-use. Here is a link to the current Ordinance,
