Waiting for a refund?

I have just come across an individual who, exasperated after weeks of having her e-mails to Baker requesting a refund of her donation ignored, was able to get into direct contact with GoFundMe, and thus get her money back more or less immediately. Please voice your concerns to support@gofundme.zendesk.com should you also wish to receive your contribution back without having to wait around for someone who clearly doesn't want to let it go for you.
