Israel Folau should not be asking public donations to fund HIS OWN legal battle HE CHOSE to be in after HE broke the terms of HIS contract and twisting it as a fight for religious freedom is WRONG. Included at the bottom of the terms and conditions of his page is recognition that donations are a “gift” and Folau doesn’t have to “apply the funds in any particular way with respect to his legal action" - so HE CAN USE THE MONEY AND DO WHATEVER HE WANTS WITH IT! Most importantly this guy already HAS EARNED OVER $10 MILLION dollars he does not need to ask for public donations!! This is equivalent to a SCAM.

Last but not least it goes against GoFundMe terms and condition under User Conduct Section A-8 which states that is prohibited to use their services to raise funds for campaigns or legal defenses associated with hate, violence, harassment, bullying, discrimination, terrorism, or intolerance of any kind relating to race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender or gender identity.

GoFundMe needs to remove this fundraiser IMMEDIATELY.
