Judith D'Souza, an Indian Development Worker has been abducted by  unknown individuals in Afghanistan since Thursday 9th June, 2016 . She was working  in Afghanistan serving the Afghan people and the humanity. Abducting any individual  is not only  inhuman but also  against all religions. We, as members of general public and her friends  appeal her  abductors to realise the agony and trauma this incident is causing to her aged and ailing parents, her family and friends. We urge them to release  Judith  unharmed at the earliest.

Needless to say, it is the development workers who reach out and serve the humanity in difficult circumstances. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the host government /organisation and local community to look after their safety and security.   

We, therefore, sincerely  request the local community & authority in Afghanistan and MEA, Govt of India to make all out efforts to rescue Judith unharmed and return her safely to her parents.
