I am writing to you to formally make a complaint against Cheltenham's elected MP, Alex Chalk.

This complaint is being made in light of recent allegations that Mr Chalk has exceeded his spending cap during the electoral process of 2015 general election.

It is alleged that in doing do Mr Chalk has breached the Representation of the Peoples Act 1983 and as such may be guilty of committing a criminal offence.

I the undersigned, wish for you to open an investigation into these allegations and urge that you look into this matter thoroughly.

May I also remind you that you are able to apply to the applicable courts for an extension, in order to proceed with your investigations.
