A big thank you to everyone who has contributed to our crowdfunding campaign to defend Willow's owners in court (greyhound off-leash in an off-leash area).

We have hired a lawyer, are in contact with the media and plan to use the case to raise as much awareness on this issue as possible and continue to encourage Glen Eira Council to be the first Victorian Council to create off-leash areas where greyhounds are welcome.

All Councils have the power to do this right now.  We want Glen Eira to be the first so we can prove that greyhounds can be trusted to enjoy the same rights as all other dogs.  Hopefully, we can use this example to help you advocate for the same rights in your area.
