Congestion on Mossvale Road has become a dangerous issue. Traffic has become unmanageable at times when 2 primary schools are starting and ending their day. Cars are blocking the road and parking/turning at inappropriate places making it dangerous for children to make their way to and from school. Emergency services are also finding are difficult to negotiate the road at these busy times. Kishorn place the street is heavily congested and their is going to someone  seriously injured or someone is going to be killed Before us realise the danger double parking as plus down the bottom of kishorn place in the street
