In the past there have been four planning consents granted for maritime heritage centre type proposals at Govan Graving Docks - including for the plans that were part of the bid to bring the Royal Yacht Britannia to Glasgow in the 1990s. Only one application for a housing/commercial development was ever made and was withdrawn without being decided upon by the council. So the precedents are overwhelmingly in our favour. http://bit.ly/1Jh0aqR
