However, that shouldn't stop us. Feld Entertainment has been through many ups and downs with animal rights activists, and we are not a small group :) In the next day or two, I will be printing our signatures and mailing them to the Feld Entertainment headquarters. This Saturday, April 23rd, I am going to the Delaware Natural History Museum to see a screening of "Warlords of Ivory," which is a documentary on the illegal poaching of wild elephants. The Delaware U.S. Senator, Christopher Coons will be there, offering an after-movie speech on the importance of wildlife conservation. It is my hope that I will be able to share our petition with him and get some insight on how we can further propel our fight against animal performance and abuse.
