Just a quick update on the NOx emissions class action (a.k.a Dieselgate) trial that is beginning in High Court this month. There are delays, a co-lead solicitor group has dropped out and judges have massively slashed the proposed expenses.

Important note: Any compensation that is assigned by the courts will be paid PER CAR not per person, so if you've had multiple diesel cars over the last two decades please check each using the second link above, i.e. enter one registration plate, go through the process then start again so that each car is registered in the class action lawsuit.
