My Dearest Friends and Supporters, As I write this letter, I deeply reflect on what transpired 50 years ago today. A man who risked his life to fighting for the civil rights of every single individual, lost his life to such senseless hatred and violence, the world still mourns this hero 50 years later, but his words are JUST as powerful as ever. For the night before last he said to his precious congregation this: "Like anybody I would like to live, a long life, longevity, has it's place. But I am not concerned about that now, I just wanna do god's will, and he has allowed me to go up to the mountains, and I looked over, and I have seen the promised land, I may not get there with you, but I want you to know tonight, that we as a people, we'll get to the promised land!" Today, I declare with a strong lion's roar that I too, have been to the mountaintop and Like Dr. Martin Luther king Jr. , I looked over and saw a even more glorious and mighty promised land for our youth where there will be NO MORE bullying anywhere in the world and our youth at last have a voice of justice and hope to speak up and stand up against Bullying and for families to seek justice against Bullycide. We, the people, not just in America, but the world are hearing the cries of our youth. Last night, I had the privilege to be on a radio program to discuss the issue of Bullying/bullycide sincerely. Like Dr. King, I too want to live long enough to see the great day that Bullying and Bullycide be made into a hate crime so that our youth can go to school in peace and safety without being bullied or harassed because of their gender preference, nationality, etc. and being able to become the champions of change sincerely, because the world and America is for ALL PEOPLE and not just the privileged few! Our youth are calling out to us and we must help them reach the mountaintop and the promised land that Dr. King spoke of 50 years ago, we can achieve it together and we can achieve it now!
