Horton Hears a Who! is an animated film based on Dr. Seuss's children's book. Released in 1970, it follows Horton, an elephant who discovers the invisible world of Whos on a small speck. As he vows to protect them from harm, other jungle animals question his sanity. The special was released on DVD along with Chuck Jones' version of How the Grinch Stole Christmas both in 1997 by MGM

and another one in 1999 by Warner Home Video (A.K.A. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.)

And It got its own DVD and Blu Ray releases in 2008 to 2012, and whilst the Grinch got an Ultra 4K DVD release, Horton didn't, and I think it should deserve more recognition, the Grinch is more popular than this special, so I decided to start a petition on this website to give the Chuck Jones' version of Horton Hears a Who TV special a 4K Ultra HD DVD release with the Blu-Ray and original DVD copies including TV reruns, so go ahead and make this happen if you want guys, have a good day everyone.
