Thank you for your support for the petition to deliver the nuclear veterans their medal before Remembrance Sunday this year.

Today the Daily Mirror reports the reason for the delay is a bitter turf war between the Ministry of Defence and Office for Veterans Affairs. 

Veterans Minister Johnny Mercer has promised to "strain every sinew" to get the medal in time, while Defence Secretary Ben Wallace has been accused of "pulling the handbrake".
