The State of Texas has been run by a politically corrupt office under Greg Abbott’s watch. Over the last 10 years in office, this involves: gerrymandering, women’s right to choose, unsafe gun laws, leading in mass shootings, and failing to protect our power grid but was aware of the issue years beforehand. Texas needs someone else from either end of the political spectrum that can represent the people.

Introducing term limits to the state can guarantee more options for both opposing political parties that do not see eye-to-eye on politics. This gives a new voice to represent this great state and to someone who takes care of their citizens than letting them suffer and blaming another party on an issue they are leading Texas into. Abbott should not keep representing the voice of the people.

We the people should have a voice and have a change in what we all want. No one should have to take DNA kits for their children, worry for their childs safety in school, worry about the next grid failure, and so fourth. Be the change that our politicians refuse to be.
