In the last 3 days there has been a further 1,113 tragic Covid-19 deaths in the UK...

In the next 3 days Boris wants to send your children back to school in England.

You have the option to choose not to, if you do not feel it is safe to do so, and you will not face any repercussions as a result.

- for the time being anyway.
I will keep this petition open incase this changes. I have posted links to government guidelines etc in previous updates.

Teaching Unions, The British Medical Association, Independent SAGE, City Councils and Mayors and even members of the governments own SAGE have spoken out and raised their concerns that it is not safe for schools to reopen on a wider basis from June 1st.

“We are really concerned that the level of infectivity across the country as a whole is too high at the moment to open the schools”
Sir David King - Former Chief Scientific Advisor

We stand in solidarity with the teachers and those having to return to schools when it is obviously not safe to do so. Hopefully by many of us keeping our children home this will lessen the chances of the spread of infection.

It’s has been reported today that In South Korea 251 schools closed just days after reopening on Wednesday after a spike in cases.
117 further schools cancelled their plans to reopen as a result.

Thank you to all the new signers and supporters and everyone who has signed and shared this petition.
