Give me (us) our kids back! Stop ripping our families apart.
The Issue
My name is Tammy, I live in Charleston, West Virginia. West Virginia is one of the top 3 states whom have their kids taken from them, by C.
I, myself have 2 grandbabies that I have had since the day they were born. My oldest I have had 8 years, the youngest around 6 to 7 months. Until on the day of July 12, 2022. CPS came into my parents home and made me leave my home or they were taken my kids to foster care . My parents not knowing our rights let her in . They administered a drug test supposedly a court order that came back inconclusive. Only to find out that there was no court order drug screen nor was she allowed to administer it. With that being said, they have since lied and falsified a second drug test that I was never given. The judge is corrupt and doesn't care that I'm 53 yrs old, no criminal background, no convictions, no drug charges not even a dui.That she put me as an imminent danger to my kids and signed off on the petition to keep us apart. There isn't any proof, only alligations No proof of neglect and abuse only here say. No witness or testimonies or signs of abuse. I am a good mommy. It's been 6 months since my kids have been taken and I still haven't seen my baby . There's been no reunification process. The state and our judicial system failed me and many others. They violated my constitutional rights. And are not following the laws or rights, as parents, we have. There's been no "do process" and they have not followed any of the procedures. We need to get rid of CPS! DHHR needs to keep our families together. They are messing with our kids and parents mental well being and causing life time damages to our families.
Let us exercise our rights as citizens, speak what's right and fare.
We are innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until proven innocent.
Judges, CPS, State and the government should have to follow the laws and do process just like us as citizens.
This is just touching the surface of the corruption that goes on in every state. Bring our children home and stop selling our kids!
