We need to give St Helier, and the towns people a more vibrant, and enjoyable experience; especially for those with young families, children, and even visiting tourists to the island the best possible time while they shop, and enjoy a pit stop along the main high street. Also groups enjoying a fun pub crawl in the evenings.

People in Jersey are currently unhappy with the way the town is. There're very little street entertainers as a result of some shops not wanting to hear buskers at all.

Without street entertainment, Jersey will lose its soul, and already has. The streets seem lifeless, and cold even in the summer months. Something needs to change for the better, and not for the worse.
