On September 3rd, Heather’s wyatt daughter, Aubriegh Wyatt, tragically committed suicide due to bullying by 3 girls. (Can not say names due to legal reasons) Following her death, Heather Wyatt has made an account to share her daughter’s experience and advocate for anti-bullying. Recently due to one of the Bullies families suing Heather Wyatt because of other people’s actions, she was forced to take down her account and to not share anything about her daughter in any social media platform.

Heather was also accused for slandering the bullies and for being the reason why other people made bad choices to the bully’s families. People also say that she is accusing the 3 bullies of bullying her daughter to death, even though there is evidence that her daughter was truly bullied by these 3 girls. The court says that Aubriegh’s death was not because of she was being bullied but for other reasons. But for what reason?

Heather deserves justice , and so does Aubriegh but this system is FAILING them. They do not simply care that 3 girls bullied her to death and backing the bullies up saying that they never bullied them, even one of the bullies admitted to bullying her on her obituary a few after she passed saying , “i’m sorry for everything that i did.” Implying that she did bully her. There is also more proof that those girls did bully them, a few tiktok users WITHOUT harassing her, spoke to one of the bullies asking some questions. The bully replied through a spam account by one of her friends that she did not care. 

Heather wyatt, before her account was forced to be taken down, showed proof between her and her daughter’s messages that one of the bullies had been slapping Aubriegh and calling her names. She also posted on her snapchat story, “Why me?” implying why was she was being bullied. Heather also shared a screenshot of Aubriegh confronting a bully about why she was talking bad about her. There is many proof of Aubreigh being bullied but of course, the court does not want to share it just because they don’t care about the fact bullying is why most teens in 2024 commit suicide.
