While we still have no official update on when Diab will be evacuated, we are finally seeing movement on his case with immigration. Thanks to this petition, the support of the Gazan Canadians (@gazancanadians on Instagram), and coverage in multiple media stories, political attention is growing. I am now working directly with several politicians who are advocating for action.
