After Keri started a petition on Change.org about the monthly child checks we got to know each other. A team of community members and volunteers are poised and ready to deliver her petition to make the Child Tax Credit permanent to key Congresspeople this Thursday, Oct. 21. It is already more than 450 pages filled with columns of names!

Who are they delivering this to? They have volunteers going to the offices of Senators Manchin and Sinema, as well as Senator Schumer and Senator Wyden, two Democrat leaders who wield significant influence. They are also targeting key House members who sit on the Ways and Means committee to make sure everyone who makes decisions on this legislation hears from you at this critical moment.
