In criminal law and proceedings the presumption of non-criminence is the principle that an accused person is innocent until proven otherwise.

Armie Hammer is not a defendant but an actor who has been placed on the media sewage without real and solid evidence that the accusations made against him, by a ‘group’ of women on social issues, are real. There is evidence that shows that the screenshots of the conversations between Armie and these women , which have been taken from these alleged Instagram victims, can also be fake. There is no official complaint against Mr.Hammer, there are also inconsistencies in their stories and there are evidences to proof this.

Is it right to violate the privacy of a man, his family, and to slander it in any way just because he is a famous actor? Should such sensitive issues not be dealt with, if the accusations were justified, in the appropriate forums instead of on Instagram or Twitter?

We with many supporters of Armie,decided to launch this petition in favour of it. In favour of a man who has always been exposed to defend the rights of minority groups suffering prejudice, who has highlighted the difficulties that marginalised members of society may encounter, which is why we believe it is time to ‘reambulate’ and show his honesty and authenticity and to demand respect for someone who, as we said at the beginning, is an innocent man to the contrary and certainly does not deserve to be labelled as a rapist, paedophile, cannibal, necrophile, by a group of women who have no reliable evidences to prove such accusations.i
