Hawaii HCR29 relating to campaign finance reform passed the committee State Senate Committee on the Judiciary and Labor, so State Senator Gilbert Keith-Agaran of Wailuku and Kahulu is now on record as having voted yes for something related to campaign finance reform. Until he hears a stronger measure directly petitioning Congress for a constitutional convention on campaign finance reform he will still not have made up for blocking such a measure at least twice now.
