There is a humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza. Children, women, and civilians are dying – not only from bombs but also while trying to access aid. The so-called GHF (Gaza Humanitarian Foundation) operates under military supervision and is contributing to escalation instead of relief.

We demand: The immediate withdrawal of the GHF and the deployment of neutral, internationally recognized aid organizations – without weapons, without political agendas, in the name of humanity.

Our demands at a glance:

3. Prohibition of armed escorts during the distribution of humanitarian aid.

4. International monitoring of aid distribution under UN supervision or a comparable body.

5. Investigation of possible human rights violations and war crimes in connection with the GHF.

6. Sanctions against any organizations or states that politically exploit aid or enforce it through violence.

 

Why this is important:

The GHF is closely connected to those states that have either contributed to or politically backed the humanitarian disaster in Gaza. Humanitarian aid must not be controlled by armed forces that are simultaneously involved in the destruction of civilian infrastructure.

Civilians are being shot while trying to reach aid points – under the pretext that they might be "Hamas fighters." But children, women, the elderly – none of them are combatants. Aid must not be turned into a weapon.

We state clearly: Aid must save lives – not endanger them.

Warum das wichtig ist:

Die GHF steht in enger Verbindung zu jenen Staaten, die die humanitäre Katastrophe in Gaza mitverursacht oder politisch gedeckt haben. Humanitäre Hilfe darf nicht durch bewaffnete Kräfte kontrolliert werden, die gleichzeitig an der Zerstörung ziviler Infrastruktur beteiligt sind.

Zivilisten werden beim Versuch, Hilfspunkte zu erreichen, erschossen – unter dem Vorwand, es könnten „Hamas-Kämpfer“ sein. Aber Kinder, Frauen, Alte – sie alle sind keine Kombattanten. Hilfe darf keine Waffe sein.

Wir sagen klar: Hilfe muss Leben retten – nicht gefährden.

GHF Gazze’den Çekilsin – Tarafsız Yardım Kuruluşlarına Hemen Erişim Sağlansın!

Gazze'de büyük bir insani felaket yaşanıyor. Kadınlar, çocuklar ve siviller sadece bombalarla değil, yardım malzemelerine ulaşmaya çalışırken de hayatlarını kaybediyor. GHF (Gazze Insanlık Vakfı) adlı yapı, askeri gözetim altında faaliyet gösteriyor ve bu da yardımı artırmak yerine krizi derinleştiriyor.

Talebimiz nettir: GHF derhal Gazze'den çekilmeli ve uluslararası tanınmış, tarafsız yardım kuruluşlarına erişim izni verilmelidir – silahsız, tarafsız ve tamamen insanlık adına.

 5. GHF’nin neden olduğu muhtemel insan hakları ihlallerinin ve savaş suçlarının araştırılması

 6. Yardımı silah olarak kullanan tüm yapılar ve devletler hakkında yaptırım uygulanması

 

Neden Bu Kadar Önemli?

 GHF, Gazze’deki yıkımın doğrudan ya da dolaylı failleriyle iş birliği içinde çalışmaktadır. Bu, insanî yardımın tarafsızlık ilkesine tamamen aykırıdır. Yardım, insanlara ulaştırılmak yerine askeri güçlerin gözetiminde sunulamaz.

 Siviller – özellikle de çocuklar – yardım merkezlerine ulaşmaya çalışırken öldürülüyor. Herkesin "Hamas üyesi" olduğu varsayımıyla ateş açmak kabul edilemez. Çocuklar silahlı grupların parçası değildir. Yardım hiçbir zaman bir bahane ya da silah olarak kullanılmamalıdır.

Yardım, hayat kurtarmak içindir – tehdit etmek için değil.
