VFS Global's services are required to get a visa to and from many places internationally. But because of their broken, bug-ridden website, it's hard to do anything. From the website randomly not working to crashing halfway through an application, the website is pretty much unusable at this point. So the goal of this petition is to get VFS Global to fix their broken website and make booking visa appointments much easier for everyone.
