Halloween is a holiday that holds a special importance for many people. On Halloween night many children go trick or treating. Those of Hispanic culture celebrate the Day of the Dead on November 1st. However, the day after Halloween children are forced to wake up at an extremely early hour. It is extremely hard to wake up early when many children trick or treat until 10 or 11.  If you sign this petition then all FCPS students can get the day after Halloween off.
