Type the email & password all over again do not press enter directly with the already saved id & password.

Send “Get Order Status”
They ask you to login to your shein, from there its mostly possible. Once you are logged in they automatically find your pending orders and give you multiple choice options you can choose as you please.
In this process refund or manual service could take more than 24 hours.

follow these steps accurately.
1. Call 06366370525
2. Press 1 for logistics
3. Wait until the lady says “Sorry”
4. Cut the call & repeat steps 1,2,3
When you repeat these steps you will be pushed in the front of the waiting line & your call will be answered after 6-7 calls. Then you can simply ask them to cancel & refund your order.
May take 3-7 days.

This petition was mainly to help the people who ordered before 30th June i.e. before the ban was implemented.
